Shipping Policy
Standard shipping is $15 on all orders under $15.
We are currently offering $10 flat rate shipping on all orders over $75.
FREE SHIPPING Australia wide for all orders over $150.
We only ship within Australia at this time.
When will my order be sent?
I strive to get your order out in a timely manner. Placement of orders between Mon - Fri will be dispatched within 1-2 working days (if not before). Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day and the same process applies. Please be aware that custom or hand made products (i.e.: plaster products, labels, stickers, crayons, etc.) may have a longer lead time to dispatch due to manufacture. These lead times are noted against the specific products.
Where is my order sent from?
Orders are dispatched from Singleton NSW 2330.
Pick up orders are welcomed by appointment. Please allow up to 24hrs from start of next business day for us to contact you regarding collection of your goods.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 5-8 business days from dispatch. Transit times vary depending upon your location. During holiday and sale periods, your package may take longer due to Australia Post being busy. If unsure about the transit times please email to confirm with us.
Do you offer EXPRESS Shipping?
Yes, we do! Express shipping starts at $14.95, however is calculated based on the size and weight of your order. You can get a freight quote from the checkout screen. Express orders will be dispatched the next business day (handmade and custom orders excluded - please contact us via email if you require a custom order via express) via Australia Post express. Delivery time will be 1-3 business days Australia wide from date of dispatch. **Excluding busy holiday periods - we can make no guarantees during these times**
How do I know my order has been sent?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming freight method, tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
What happens if you don't have what I ordered?
If an item ordered is unavailable at the time of order our staff will contact you to discuss a substitute product or placing the item onto a back order. So please pop your phone number on your order as this will be the quickest way for us to reach you!
