CHANGE OF MIND
Bags Full of Fun do not offer returns or exchanges on any items due to change of mind reasons.

SPECIAL ORDERS
We are happy to order in special items or bulk orders for our customers. However, please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund, exchange or store credit, for change of mind or cancellation of orders. Special orders are to be paid in full prior to us ordering in the products for you.

SHORT SUPPLY or DAMAGED GOODS
Liability will not be accepted, either for shortages or for damages, unless notification is made to Bags Full of Fun within 48hrs of receipt of order.
Bags Full of Fun offers a standard returns period of 14 days for the faulty product. We will happily provide a replacement item or a refund if the item you have received is faulty and you notify us at: orders@bagsfulloffun.com.au within the above timeframe.
Replacements are not given for damaged packaging; we can only replace goods that are faulty or damaged on arrival.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe there is an issue, so we can resolve it for you!
 
INCORRECT ITEMS SENT
Please contact Bags Full of Fun within 48 hours of receipt to organise delivery of the correct item. We will dispatch the correct item to you upon notification of the error. We will organise the return of the incorrect item to us.

UNWANTED ITEMS
Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund, exchange or store credit, for change of mind or late arrival of goods. We do not have control over courier companies and their delivery times and/or loss of packaging and as such will not offer a refund for items that have arrived later than anticipated. 

DAMAGED GOODS
If the goods have arrived damaged due to transport, the customer must take a digital photo of the damaged item/s and email the photo along with the details of the claim to orders@bagsfulloffun.com.au as proof. We will then work out the process of resolving your order.

COLOUR/CHARACHTER MISMATCH
Please select your goods carefully, as we will not offer a refund based on wrong colour/colour match. All colours depicted on the websites are close to original as possible, however depending upon the quality of your computer, age of your screen, the browser you are using, the computer system you are using, available lighting etc. that you may be using, seem different to the product when it arrives.

Please also note that unless colour or character is specified in description, where multiple colours/characters are available they will be selected at random and no colour/character specification is available.
